Fill in the blank Friday

Okay, so sorry I've been MIA for the last week or so. My life has been a whirlwind. Haven't had time to do anything!! Ahhhhhh! Well anywho, here it is!


1.   Nothing says fall like     life outside changing colors! Love it.

2.   My favorite autumnal tradition is   Trick or treating...whether I have a viable excuse or not! as well as carving pumpkins. Part of me hates it (it's so gross and messy.) Part of me loves it (spending time with those you do it with and making funny faces in the pumpkin!)

3.  My favorite fall treat is   Pumpkin bread && caramel apple spice's from Starbucks! Yummmy!! :) 

4. Fall makes me think of    holidays!    because   it's like Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas!! and then January comes and it's all over. :(

 

5.  Autumn free form word association, go!    amazing colors, gloves, sleds, hot chocolate, good times around a fire, and of course, being wrapped up in a blanket right next to the fireplace falling asleep reading a book!

 

            6.  My go-to outfit in the fall is     jeans, sweaters, or cardigans, and some cute boots! 

7.  My favorite fall holiday is (Halloween or Thanksgiving)    Thanksgiving. I love spending time with my family and friends. Two of us are falling asleep in the couch while grandma is throwing the sunday paper in front of us telling us to start making a Christmas list. 

Late Fill in the Blank Friday!

1.   Something popular that I can't stand/just don't "get" is      girls who wear clothes that don't fit. I'm chubby and I know it, therefore I don't wear clothes that make people say "umm, does she know that she's not a size 2? because her pants sure do"

2.   Something unpopular that I secretly love is   Cleaning...it relaxes me.

3.  When I've had a bad day I   call Miss C. she always makes me laugh, no matter what.

4. I'd prefer    spa day    to   a candlelit dinner    any day.

5.  Something that makes me nervous is    thinking about where I'll be in 5 years. No matter how hard I try I'm just not a planner.

6.  Something worth fighting for is     LOVE, this be the love of your marriage, kids or just family in general.. its worth all the tears. Well said.

7.  When people think of me, I hope they think    "she may be socially awkward and in her own world but man she's such a sweetheart!

 

 

Priorities

It seems so funny to think that your whole world can turn upside down with a change in priorities...and how it can tumble down if two people who are together have different priorities. There comes a time in everyone's life where they have to grow up and put their wants behind them, because when you're in a relationship, putting your wants before everything else can tear the other person down faster than you ever thought possible. So let me just put this out there...take a good long look at your priorities. Make sure that you are on track with each other, and make sure that you are both happy. For instance if one has given certain "extras" up to cut costs each month, make sure that you are making the same effort. Make sure that your priorities are synced, because relationships can't last without trust, and honesty, and sacrifice.

Dear Future,

I know that the present and I aren’t doing so well right now. It’s a constant fight for control between us right now and it’s not working out so well. But when the time is ready and I break it off with the present and give my everything to you, the future, I just want to put in a request for some of these things that I want/expect.

A beautiful house near nature that I can have kids who run around outside with our pets instead of getting chubby playing video games all day.

A creative place for me to make fun games and crafts for expanding those precious dendrites in my children’s brains.

A nook surrounded by books where I can escape.

A big tree in the backyard where me and my future husband can build a giant two story playhouse for the children to create memories.

A beautiful kitchen where I can create fabulous meals as well as teach my kids how to cook and bake!

A beautiful family to be proud of until the day I die!

Hello Ignorance.

Let me tell you a story about a girl who learned about Pinterest the same time she learned about Twitter. When she was discussing the two with a friend she was under the impression that they were the same thing. Ever since then she was a hater against the two, because Twitter is stupid...the end. Well due to a close friend named miss. c I learned that Pinterest is not in fact like Twitter, that it is in fact a gift from God. Therefore I asked Pinterest to forgive my ignorance and accept me into the world of awesome! Ever since that day I have spent every waking moment planning my future everything through Pinterest. I have never loved something so much! Anyways. That's my little rant!
